My Therapeutic Style & Approach:

Thank you for being here.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT142026), under the license of Kimia Kabir LMFT 122610, I offer in person as well as telehealth therapy sessions in English and Armenian. I am currently accepting new clients and my office is located in Playa Vista.

I know that life can be hard and stressful. So many of us struggle to understand and/or manage our anxieties and emotions. Sometimes, we need someone to talk to about that stress that isn't biased or personally involved. I hope I can be that sounding board for you; to provide you a safe space to express how you are feeling, what you are going through, and work with you to provide some coping mechanisms to help you make it through the day.

I've worked with clients facing varying personal challenges and choose to orient my approach towards their specific needs. My goal is to provide a trusting and safe space where you can voice your thoughts and stressors without feeling judged or misunderstood. My approach, as mentioned, is tailored to each individual, but I like to use humor, provide compassion and empathy, and foster a sense of safety and trust in the space. I work through a solution focused lens to help you process your experiences and work towards your goals.

In my free time, I like to binge watch shows on Netflix, go to my favorite coffee shop and attend concerts.
