My Therapeutic Style & Approach:

Taking a chance on yourself isn't always easy and therapy can be a challenging space. I am here to walk with you on that journey. When you're on a plane they remind you it's important to put your oxygen mask on first, because you cant take care of others before you take care of yourself. My hope is that therapy can be a space where you can truly take care of yourself, build confidence, become the truest version of yourself, and reach your goals on your terms.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also have extensive experience working with clients facing addiction and chronic mental health, as well as individuals, couples, and families that are impacted.

I am an eclectic therapist and tailor my approach and style to what my clients need. I value authenticity and genuine in my practice and utilize my approach to help my clients reach their goals.
